We unite employers in the Lviv region around a shared goal: a strong regional economy, responsible business, and professional social dialogue.
The Lviv Regional Association of Employers’ Organizations is a regional platform for cooperation, representation, and professional dialogue. We work to ensure that employers in the Lviv region have a strong collective voice on issues related to economic development, the labor market, the regulatory environment, investment, and the modernization of production.
The Association helps create a favorable business climate and supports constructive cooperation between businesses, public authorities, trade unions, universities, the expert community, and international partners. We believe that the stable development of the region begins with a strong economy, and a strong economy begins with employers who have institutional representation.
Our work combines advocacy of interests, legal and organizational support, participation in social dialogue, the development of a network of partnerships, and the creation of an environment where business can not only respond to challenges but also shape the development agenda of the Lviv region.
